Melancholia

Packed my bags, got on a plane, jetted of into the sunset, never looked back

20 years past, came back home, walked around the floors I crawled upon, the stairs I fell upon, the kitchen we dined upon

But it all will never be the same, its silent now, nobody’s home, Mama’s gone, Papa’s gone, Brothers and Sisters all gone

I turned away, of time I lost track, that was my big mistake, that I never looked back
