Kiss For The Road

Time makes us older, as we struggle to stay younger

The roses I watched grow, have reach their ends number

Through the forest that was once green, layed a pond that was full of wonder

But all that remains now is the soiled up, muddy water

Looking back, I regret wasting each precious moment

But who knew time’s ability garned a power so potent

Wish I could go back, to see the beauty moments has bestowed

So I can wave goodbye to childhood, as I blow a kiss for the road
